The American Artists Professional League has accepted my new oil, "My Red Parasol" for exhibition in the 86th Grand National Exhibit. You can see a preview of it in this web site's Gallery - Figures section. Now through early Spring, 2015. I have art featured at Antiques & Architecural Elements at 41801 Corporate Way, Suites 9 and 10, Palm Desert, California. The gallery is open from 10 a.m to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday (closed holidays). A reception will be conducted Friday, December 19, from 6 to 9 p.m. You are invited to attend along with friends and art lovers.
Currently exhibiting. I am the featured invited artist at Miro's Restaurant, 1555 South Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs, California. The exhibition of my fine oils features market scenes from Italy, florals and countrysides from France, tourist sites from Kenya, and delightful figures. Miro's normal dinner hours are 5 until 9 p.m., with reservations recommended.
October 11 and 12. I'll fe a featured artist at the La Jolla (CA) Art & Wine Fesival which is open from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The event which features 150 artists from throughout the country, a wine and beer garden, music and other entertainment is free along a half-mile of Girard Avenue. My work this year will highlight colorful landscapes of Southern California and Arizona. Visit me in booth 407.
